Wright Construction Group, Inc. Electronic Bid Documents

The plans, specifications, addendum, and other contract documents provided through this Web Site are for the Contractors convenience. The following terms and conditions apply:

1.  Access to project documents is provided for use by Wright Construction Group’s potential bidders (Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Suppliers) and Wright Construction Group's employees only. Access and use of this information by any other entity is prohibited. Contact Wright Construction Group if you are uncertain as to whether you have authorized access to this information before proceeding.

2. Access to project information through this site by any plan center, reprographics firm, or construction news / project reporting business is specifically denied.  "Harvesting" (downloading, copying, and transmitting) of any project information for purposes of reselling and or redistributing information by any party is denied.

3. Document clarity is dependent on the condition of original source documents and is not guaranteed.

4. Wright Construction Group does not warrant programs or project images to be free from defects or errors, known or unknown, existent or latent.

5. Wright Construction Group does not warrant software or services provided by others in any manner, nor does Wright Construction Group warrant that any services or images be guaranteed for any purpose.

6. Wright Construction Group endeavors to provide accurate information in our service and online project information.  However, errors or omissions may occur and users are advised not to rely completely on the accuracy of the information.  Wright Construction Group disclaims any and all liability arising from inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such information.

7. Partial use of this site by the Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers does not limit or relieve the scope of work of the entire project. Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers are required to review all of the Contract Documents prior to submission of its bid.

8. Wright Construction Group does not warrant the scale of the posted images, on screen, after downloading, or on paper, regardless of who prints them.

9. Acknowledgment below constitutes that the user has received authorization from user's employer to access documents and accept these conditions.
